How long will my order take?

Typically orders take 4-6 weeks to be delivered.

Each piece is made to order, goes through quality inspections and packaging to ensure the highest possible standards.

All orders are shipped through Aus Post. For international orders additional charges may apply and expect the delivery to take longer.

What Size Ring do I need?

Are your materials ethically sourced?

All our metal suppliers are certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council and we source our gold from suppliers licenced to supply Fairtrade precious metals with chain of custody certification.

Each piece is sourced and crafted in Australia.

Can I request a design change?

Absolutely! We offer a unique design experience so you can either make changes to our existing range or have a fully bespoke design created.

Please note that, depending on the product, some alterations may not be possible after the piece is completed. It’s always important to double-check the correct size before confirming your order.
