Australian orders typically take around 5 weeks, while international orders may take between 6 to 8 weeks depending on destination, customs processing, and the complexity of the piece.
Delivery times may vary slightly, especially for bespoke designs or pieces requiring specific gemstones.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship worldwide, including Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and selected international destinations.
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking, insurance, and signature on delivery where available.
How much is international shipping?
International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
For selected international orders, a fixed shipping rate may apply. Shipping costs will be shown before checkout is completed.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local charges depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and may vary depending on the destination and the materials used in the piece.
Can I track my order?

How does the bespoke process work?
Our bespoke process usually includes:

- Handcrafting the final piece in Australia

How long does a bespoke piece take?
Bespoke pieces usually take around 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the design, gemstone sourcing, CAD development, approvals, and production time.
More complex designs may require additional time.

We work with a range of precious metals, including:

Are your gemstones natural?
Many of our pieces feature natural gemstones, while some designs may use lab-grown or alternative stones where specified.

Are your materials ethically sourced?
We work with carefully selected suppliers and aim to source our materials responsibly wherever possible.

Warranty & Repairs
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Yes. All Style Rocks pieces are covered by our lifetime manufacturing warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults but does not include general wear and tear, accidental damage, impact damage, loss of stones caused by force, improper care, or damage caused by chemicals, water, or everyday knocks.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Our warranty does not cover:
- general wear and tear
- accidental damage
- damage from impact or knocks
- loss of stones due to force or improper care
- scratches, dents, or bending from everyday wear
- damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions, swimming, or cleaning products
- incorrect storage
- repairs or alterations made by another jeweller
Can my piece be adjusted after it is made?
Certain pieces may be adjusted after they are made, depending on the design, size, materials, gemstones, and structure of the piece.
For rings, resizing may be possible in some cases, although certain designs, stone settings, or detailed bands may have limitations.
Please contact our team as soon as possible if your piece does not fit as expected, so we can assess what may be possible. Additional charges may apply.
Can my jewellery be repaired?
In many cases, yes.
Please contact us with photos of your piece and a description of the issue. Our team will assess the item and advise whether a repair is possible.
Repair costs may apply depending on the issue.
Jewellery Care
How do I care for diamond jewellery?
To care for diamond jewellery, we recommend removing it before exercise, swimming, cleaning, or sleeping.
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, chemicals, and harsh cleaning products. Clean gently with a soft cloth and store separately to prevent scratches.
How do I care for gemstone jewellery?
Gemstones can vary in hardness and durability. Some coloured gemstones are more delicate than diamonds and require extra care.
Avoid knocks, chemicals, perfumes, swimming, and ultrasonic cleaners unless advised by a jeweller.
Store gemstone jewellery separately and clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
How should I store my jewellery?
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch, jewellery box, or lined compartment to help prevent scratches and damage.
Avoid storing multiple pieces together, especially rings or gemstone jewellery.
Can I wear my jewellery every day?
Some pieces are suitable for everyday wear, while others require more care due to their gemstones, settings, or design.
We recommend removing jewellery before exercise, swimming, sleeping, cleaning, or any activity where the piece may be knocked or exposed to chemicals.
