Return and Refund Policy

Most Style Rocks pieces are made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has begun. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return window
We have a 30-day return window for eligible items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Made-to-order and personalised items
Made-to-order, resized, engraved or personalised pieces are final sale for change of mind. Faulty items are, of course, covered in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.

How to start a return
To start a return, email info@stylerocks.com with your order number, photos and a brief description of the issue. If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to proceed.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, the fastest way to proceed is to return the item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@stylerocks.com.

European Union customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must be returned in original condition unworn, unused, with tags and packaging along with proof of purchase.
